In most cases BC Travel Company LLC is responsible for your online reservation, including supplying any information you may need, collecting final payment and making changes to your trip.

On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a newsletter subscription and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's email address. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are:

The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing a quote request or order for information only to complete that quote. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that request.

We use the information provided by adults, about the ages of children traveling with them, to obtain price quotes that are age dependent. For example, some cruise lines provide sharper discounts for children under three and charge more for children over 12.
All customer correspondence is treated as confidential. It is not shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to satisfy any request made in the correspondence.
We will post your review/comments with only your initials and date of travel. If you believe your initials are identifiable, we will alter them at your request. Submission of reviews/comments is strictly voluntary.
We use travel agent information to provide requested materials or to identify the person who served you if you have requested repeat service. We do not provide job reference information to other travel agencies for our independent contractors unless requested in writing.
Opt-in and opt-out information
You can register with our website (opt-in) if you would like to receive our Newsletter as well as updates on our new specials and services. We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us on-line in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such uses. Newsletters and special offerings always include a REMOVE statement. You can also opt-in or opt-out at any time by emailing your request to travel@bctravelcompany.com .

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on-line. Each agent must read and sign a statement agreeing to abide by our privacy statement. Failure to do so may result in termination of their contract.
Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 18. The only use we make of information regarding children under the age of 18 is to apply correct fare information during cruise booking. This information is NOT collected from children.

When you use our service, you have the option to book travel products. We use sensitive billing information (such as cardholder name, credit card number, and expiration date) for the purpose of completing the travel bookings you conduct on our site. Other than Passport Online, only the site operator and the travel supplier (such as a cruise line, tour operator, or other travel operator) to whom you submitted your information have access to your personally identifiable information within our database.
Passport Online provides access from our service to certain third party online booking tools that you can use to book travel with third parties. Passport Online provides access to third party online booking tools as a service to you and to the site operator, but has no responsibility for their operation. These tools by their nature must gather personally identifiable information and credit card information from you to complete your booking requests. Personally identifiable information collected by these third parties is subject to their privacy policies and you are encouraged to review said policies before providing any personally identifiable information.

We will, however, disclose personal information compelled by law, order, regulation, rule or legal process when, in our judgment, we are required to do so. Statistical information about visitor usage of our service is aggregated and shared for the purposes of preparing and delivering personalized promotions and special offers to visitors who have requested such information.
